Starting with the March/April issue of the club newsletter, members who have an email will receive their newsletter in email format and not postal mail. The board unanimously voted to go forward with this format due to postage increases, issues with address changes and forwarding. If you do not have an email, your newsletter will continue to be postal mailed to you. In addition, future flyers and announcements will be sent via this process. The newsletter will be sent through MailChimp’s secure server and will contain links to our website for more information. In the beginning please check your SPAM folder and add firstname.lastname@example.org to your “Safe Sender” list to ensure continued delivery of our newsletter. There will be a sign-up form on our web page for new members. If you no longer wish to receive the emailed newsletter, there will be an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email. Please Unsubscribe rather than mark us as Spam to insure the integrity of our list.
