For years Thursdays at the DRS Community Center was a day for card playing and a variety of table games. Over time, the group dwindled to nothing. We’d love to bring back Thursdays Game Day. You can play any type of card game or board game. Can you help us by being the chairperson for this group? It requires very little work. Join the bingo fun each Monday. Doors open at 9:30am and play begins at 11am to 1:30pm and card fees apply. Coffee and tea will be available, and occasionally some pastries are available but always bring a snack. Bring a friend and receive a free game card. If it’s your birthday week, enjoy a free game card on us.

Please join us on Thursday December 2nd, 10:00am at the DRS Center for another exchange. Bring books and puzzles you have finished and trade for something different! This is an easy and short gathering. Trade and leave or trade and visit. Items you bring must be traded or removed. DO NOT drop off puzzles or books to the office. Wear your mask please. No matter what age you are 55 years or older and can’t fi nd an activity that suits your fancy, contact us! Perhaps you are recently retired and not all our activities interest you. Our club is a social club and even though the 55+ Club offers a fair number of things to do, there’s certainly room to add more. Is there something you would enjoy doing? Evening Dinners & a Movie; Bowling; Cornhole, Arts & Crafts are just a few that come to mind. We can’t do it alone and really do need chairperson or persons to lead new activities. Enjoy a delicious lunch catered by Bizzarro’s which includes Salad, Tomato & Basil Penne, Meatballs, chicken Piccata, garlic knots, bread, dessert, and beverage. Cost is $14 per person and ticket are required.

Tickets will go on sale November 1st to December 1st and will be available at the DRS Community Center &
at Bingo.

There will be door prizes, 50/50, lottery tree chance, Santa, and entertainment. Please bring a nonperishable
food item for local charities. Please wear your mask, except when eating or drinking
