Hi Everybody,
Let’s talk Bingo! 55+ Bingo is in full swing this fall even though we had to move to our temporary home to the DRS for a while. We will be back at the Civic Center in mid-November.
In June we celebrated National Bingo Day! We had free pizza, cupcakes, a cool raffle, and lots of bingo themed giveaways. I have to admit that before I joined 55+ I had no idea that National Bingo Day was an actual event. I looked it up and sure enough it is real! I’m glad because it gives me a good excuse to celebrate all of our players. Many have been coming long before I became chairperson and we continue to welcome new members.
We have an amazing team of volunteers who work hard each week making the fun happen. They each contribute in many different ways and make me look good. I appreciate every one of them beyond words!
So I invite you to come and join us . Even if bingo is new to you we will show you the ropes.
